I drew this lil ghost coffee design for a regular who has a small coffee cart and wanted halloween merch she could stitch onto aprons and tea towels. Density runs around 324, super light, two colours, white for the ghost body, black for eyes and lid. Theres a run stitch outline around the ghost which gives it the bold cartoon edge.

Stitch counts go from 1096 on the 2.2 inch up to 11656 on the 5.13 inch. Ten sizes which is alot for a simple design but i kept getting requests for in-between dimensions so I just made em all. The smallest version sews in under five minutes, the biggest still under fifteen. Light density means it lays flat on cotton and doesnt cardboard up on tees. Thats my favourite detail in this build.

Id one customer order this for her coffee shops fall window display, she set the 5 inch on six matching white aprons in black thread plus white thread on body ghost the. Said the staff fought over who got to wear which one. Another buyer ran the 3 inch on tea towels as halloween gifts for her bookclub. White thread on a dark cotton background reads sharpest, although the black outline does carry the shape even on lighter fabrics.

Hoop on cutaway for any stretch fabric, tearaway for cotton, canvas, or quilting cotton. Skip a topping unless yer on terry or fleece. Two colour stops are easy to manage even on basic machines, just press start after each thread change.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
