This is a lil gingerbread man, nothing more. Round belly, short arms out to the sides, black dot eyes, that classic curved smile, 2 red buttons down the chest, and white icing trim outlining the hands feet and collar. The whole thing is only 3 colours which means its fast to stitch and theres hardly any setup time on the machine. Stitch a batch of 20 on felt ornament blanks in an afternoon, its genuinely that quick.
I stitched the 2.67 inch version on a bunch of red felt circles last year for a school market, 30 of them, and the density at 714 held sharp across the whole batch. Ya dont need a heavy stabiliser for felt, a lil piece of tear-away works fine. For cotton use a standard cutaway. The 1.14 inch micro size is suprisingly clean for how small it is, the icing outline columns are narrow enough to stay defined even that tiny.
Wilcom EmbroideryStudio built the brown body fill at a high density, 714 stitches per unit, which gives the gingerbread colour real depth without looking streaky. The white icing lines use a satin column fill following the outline of each limb, and the red buttons are small filled circles. 3 sizes: 1,971 stitches at 1.14 by 1.51 inches, 3,916 stitches at 1.91 by 2.51 inches, and 6,696 stitches at 2.67 by 3.51 inches.
Use this on kids christmas pyjama tops, pop it on cotton onesies, or run it on small felt shapes and lil gift tags. Add it to a red cotton tote for a child's holiday bag. One customer wrote me last christmas week saying shed stitched 50 of these for a school bake sale table and sold every single one. The 3 colour sequence is simple enough that youre not gonna have tension issues on a basic home machine.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
