The girl sits mid-swing with the ropes going straight up to the top edge, and roses cluster along the sides of those ropes and at her feet. Its a scene more than just a character, you get the full framed composition with the floral border built into the swing structure itself. She has soft ivory skin fill, flowing hair in warm brown satin fills, and a light dress with very minimal detailing so the roses stay as the visual focus. Dont let the description undersell it.

Eleven colours across 7 sizes, the design runs from 4.49 inches and stretches up to 7.5 inch wide. The density sits high at 1304 so this one needs a good cutaway stabiliser under knit and stretch fabrics. Stitch counts go from 21k at the smaller end to 36k at the full size, and the rose sections account for most of that because Wilcom digitised each petal individually with curved satin fills. Thats what gives em actual rose shape rather than flat blobs. The leaves between the roses use directional tatami for a texture contrast.

Last autumn a florist shop reached out specifically wanting something romantic and floral for tote bags, not something that screamed embroidery-shop. They ordered this one the most and their cotton and linen totes came out looking really nice. People have been using it for bridal party items too, matching totes for getting-ready mornings seem to be popular.

Hoop the fabric over a cutaway stabiliser especially on cotton voile or any lighter wovens because the high density will cause puckering without it. Pop it centred on your tote panel or high on a cushion cover. Try cream linen or dusty rose cotton for the most cohesive feel with the colour palette. Skip anything stretchy unless you back it properly. Anything not working just Dm me and Ill help.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Tote bags and fabric shoppers for floral themesCream linen totes pair naturally with the rose and ivory palette, and the wide composition fits tote panels well.
  • Bridal party getting-ready totes and pouchesBridesmaids totes with names added alongside the design are a popular personalised wedding gift option.
  • Throw pillow covers and cushion frontsSquare cushion covers in ivory or dusty rose cotton provide the right surface for the high-density fill areas.
  • Framed fabric art and nursery wall panelsThe 7.5-inch version stretched over a small canvas frame makes a proper framed piece for a nursery or bedroom.
  • Canvas zip bags and clutch pursesThe wide landscape composition fits a clutch or canvas zip bag face cleanly with room to spare.
  • Hoodies and sweatshirts for spring and summerSpring and summer hoodies in white or sage give the floral colour palette a seasonal feel that works well.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
