Heres the cute green dinosaur design. Hes basically the friendliest T-rex you'll ever stitch. Chunky little body, big round eye, wide grin. Theres a cream belly stripe running down from his chin to between his legs which gives him that classic cartoon dino look.

The body is bright leaf green with darker green spots scattered across his back and tail. Tiny pink tongue, white teeth, those small dino arms tucked up. I drew him standing sideways so the whole shape reads clean on a kids tshirt or a bib pocket without overlapping any seams. Honestly hes more cuddly than ferocious which is exactly what I was going for here, no scary face anywhere.

Last christmas a mum ordered the small size for her 4 year olds dino-themed party and put one on each kids favour bag. The parents lost it apparently. I get alot of orders from people doing toddler birthday stuff and matching sibling sets.

Comes in 5 from a 3.5 hoop scaling 7.5 wide. Smaller version sits nicely on the chest of a baby bodysuit or the front of a small tote. The 7.5 inch goes great centred on a kids tee.

9 colours total so you do have alot of thread swaps but the stitch count stays manageable, even the biggest size is under 41k. Pop a tearaway behind woven fabric. Use cutaway under any stretch knit like jersey or fleece. Skip thin sheer fabric, the spots get lost. Customer orders for the matching sibling set run steady all year. Holler at me if a file wont load right and ill push a new file.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Toddler dinosaur teesThe medium size centred on a soft cotton toddler tee makes a quick everyday top for a dino-mad kid.
  • Kids party tote bagsStitched on a small canvas party favour bag he sets the theme for a dinosaur birthday without paper decorations.
  • Baby bib appliquesA small version on the front pocket of a bib adds character to feeding gear that usually looks plain.
  • Dino themed bedroom pillowsThe 7.5-in build on a plain pillowcase pulls together a dino bedroom corner with very little effort.
  • Birthday banner panelsPop him on each panel of a fabric happy birthday banner to give a dino party real handmade charm.
  • Daycare backpack patchesOn the front pocket of a kids drawstring backpack he survives nursery wear and looks fun every drop-off.
  • Sibling matching pyjamasMatching big-brother and little-brother pyjama tops in different shirt runs, an easy sibling photo set for christmas morning.
  • Nursery wall hoopsMounted in a 6 inch wooden hoop with a plain linen background he becomes a cheap nursery wall piece.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
