Worked up this halloween bow piece and its big, its loud, its packed with detail. Two huge ribbon loops at the top, two long tails dropping down, and the entire ribbon surface is covered in tiny halloween motifs. Pumpkins on the orange sections, little white ghosts, ivory skulls, the odd bat tucked in.
The bow knot in the centre has a darker band wrapped around it so the loops have somewhere to anchor. The two ribbon ends at the bottom flare out a bit and theyre cut on the diagonal. Stitching on the motifs runs fine and the ribbon background uses a directional fill that gives a fabric grain look.
Stitch count runs from 27,101 up to 77,917 for the largest size, so this is a dense piece. I emailed a customer last week about hooping this one and the trick is firm hoop tension plus a heavy cutaway. One customer ran the 5.97 inch version on a kid sized halloween dress yoke and the pumpkins read clear from across the room.
Comes in 5 sizes from 2.79 inches wide right up to 5.97 inches, all in portrait orientation so the bow tails get room to drop. Eight colour changes total so plan thread spool order before you start.
Best fabric here is plain cotton or twill, ideally in cream black or rust so the orange ribbon doesnt clash. Use a medium-cutaway behind any tee or sweatshirt. Skip thin polyester for the larger sizes, the dense fill can warp it. Email me a quick message with the file if anything refuses to open and ill fix it.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
