Two pillar candles, one taller than the other, sit side by side on a shared wax-pooled base. Candle bodies are rendered in concentric ring layers of dark brown through amber, so the surface looks carved or marbled rather than flat. Its one of those designs where you look at it finished and cant quite believe its thread. Both flames burn upward in pointed shapes, each one gradient from red at the base through orange to pale yellow at the tip.

The wax drips are the main event. Thick rounded drips flow down the outside of each candle, the kind that have been building up over hours. Some are short and fat, some reach almost halfway down the candle body. At the bottom they pool out into a flat irregular puddle with small satellite drops beside it, spreading out like the wax hit a cold surface. Drip shapes use a smooth satin fill so they have a glossy wax look, different in texture from the ribbed candle bodies above.

Eight colours covering the full tonal range from deep chocolate brown to bright flame yellow. Density is 566 stitches per square inch and the biggest size hits 18,182 stitches. Biggest hoop is 4.29 by 7.49 inches, smallest is 2 by 3.5 inches with just 8,052 stitches, so it stitches out at a reasonable pace even for the large versions. Thats a compact width ratio, meaning it fits on a pocket, mug rug or tote gusset without dominating the whole piece. One customer ordered the 5-inch every October for three years running to make halloween totes for her kids class, and it always reads well. Use a medium cutaway on woven or knit fabric. Avoid stretchy bases where the drip outlines distort. Stitch the small version on a pocket or mug rug, scale up to the large for a cushion or tote front. Works well on black, deep navy, charcoal, burnt orange or cream. Text me if the flame gradient looks off at your hoop size and Ill patch the colour transitions.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
