Full-on creepy halloween spider with a giant bloodshot eyeball as the body. Orange iris dead in the middle, red veins running through the whites, eight long jagged black legs spread out wide. Red spines crawl off the top edge of the abdomen and purple shadow accents sit under the legs, gives the whole thing a horror movie poster vibe.

Four colours total, three colour changes. Stitch range goes from 19,155 at the smallest 1.66-inch height up to 40,917 at the largest 3.54-inch. Density is heavy at 1539 because of the dense satin packing on the body and legs, the eyeball alone carries a bunch of stitches. I digitised it in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio with directional fill on the iris so the orange reads like a real eye and the red veins sit on top as topping satin without distorting the underlay.

One customer wrote me last october, shed stitched the 3-inch version on the front of a black horror movie marathon hoodie for her partner, said all his friends asked where the patch had come from. She backed it with heavy cutaway under the fleece and the spider held its shape after multiple wash cycles. Suprised it held up that well honestly.

Stitch on white, cream, light grey or charcoal fabric where the orange iris and red veins both stand out properly. Skip pure black backgrounds, you lose the leg outlines and youre left with a floating eyeball. Pop a firm cutaway behind cotton tee and a layer of mesh under stretchy fabric. Run at a slower speed because the abdomen density is high, if you push the machine you get thread breaks on the red veining. Email me the file format you need and Ill send a converted variant before halloween rolls around.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
