Its a monster truck with a ghost driver and a pumpkin passenger. The truck itself is basically all black, big chunky body with oversized wheels that have heavy satin outlines making them look almost like comic panels. The ghost pokes out from the cab window, white with those simple dot eyes that make it look friendly rather than scary, which is exactly what you want for kids stuff.
Up on the roof, a jack-o-lantern in solid bright orange with the classic triangle eyes and a green stem. Two small bats flap above the whole scene in black outline only, which keeps them from getting heavy. Three colours total so the thread changes are minimal, 2 colour changes and 25 trims, which means its fast to run and wont give your machine a hard time.
Stitch count on the smallest size is 9,415 and tops out at about 30,600 on the biggest. Honestly its one of the lighter-density halloween designs Ive got for a scene this busy. The digitising in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio keeps the black fill smooth even on the tight curved wheel arches. Use medium cutaway stabiliser on most fabrics. Drop down to a firm tear-away if youre hooping thick fleece or a structured bag panel.
9 sizes from 2.56 inches wide up to 5.48 inches. The 4 and 5-inch versions are the sweet spot for sweatshirts and tote bags. Smaller sizes work on hat panels, pencil cases, and costume patches where you dont have much real estate. One customer stitched a run of 10 on black denim pencil cases for a class halloween party last October and said they sold out in under an hour at the school fair.
Drop me a message if anything looks off with the file and Ill fix it up for you quickly.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

- Trick-or-treat bags and totesPut it on a plain canvas trick-or-treat tote and it looks way better than anything you can buy in a shop
- Halloween costume patchesThe 3-inch size makes a solid iron-on patch for costumes when you want something embroidered but dont have time to sew properly
- Fall festival hat panelsHat panels need something compact and bold, the 2.56-inch version fits a standard 5-panel front perfectly
- Boys halloween shirt frontCentre it on a long-sleeve tee for the week running up to halloween and youve got a fast custom piece kids actually ask for

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
