Sketched these out specifically for people who wanted something between cute and genuinely creepy for halloween. Its a full mouth, lips parted slightly, with two long pointed ivory fangs dropping down from the top jaw. The red is a bright lipstick red, satin filled with a curved white highlight arc running across the upper curve to give it that glossy lacquered look. Then drips of darker red run down from the lower lip corners, not cartoonish, kinda just unsettling in the right way.

The design runs 5 sizes from 2.4 inch up to 5.14 inch wide, heights 3.51 to 7.51 inch. At the small end youre looking at 13,584 stitches, at the largest 36,007. Density is 933 so the red fills are really solid, this is gonna look opaque even on dark fabric which is exactly what you want for a halloween piece. The ivory fang detail is narrow satin so use a topping on any textured fabric like fleece or French terry to stop the stitches from sinking in. Standard cutaway stabiliser handles the rest fine.

One customer hooped this onto a denim jacket collar area last october, she thought it was gonna look weird but it kinda really worked. Drop the 4-inch size onto a black tee chest for a bold seasonal piece. Pop the 2.4-inch on a back pocket of dark jeans for a subtle gothic fashion accent. Add tearaway only on stiff woven canvas, everywhere else stick to cutaway or youll fight puckering in those dense red fills.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Denim jacket collar or cuff accentStitch the 3-inch onto a denim jacket cuff or collar edge for a subtle gothic Halloween statement.
  • Halloween costume accessory patch on a capeRun the 2.4-inch on a black felt patch and pin to any costume cape or vest for instant vampire character.
  • Vampire-themed party favour bagsThe 2-inch size on small canvas drawstring bags makes quick Halloween party favours for a vampire theme.
  • Gothic makeup pouch or cosmetic bag frontCentre the 3-inch on a black vinyl or canvas cosmetic pouch for a gothic makeup bag gift.
  • Dark jeans back pocket accentPlace the 2-inch on a dark denim back pocket corner for a year-round gothic fashion accent.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
