Four little ghost nurses stood shoulder to shoulder across the design. First one carries a yellow first aid kit with a white cross, second holds a fat purple heart, third has a syringe and a teal face mask on, fourth holds up a green stethoscope. Black bats fly above em. The ghosts have a soft directional stitch shading down the body so the chest area lifts forward and reads dimensional rather than papery. Pink blush circles sit halfway down each cheek to keep em sweet rather than scary.
Each red nurse cap has a tiny white cross, done in satin column for the crispest read. Bats use solid black satin against the cream ghost fills. Density runs at 1432 because the props (the kit, syringe, stethoscope) needed extra punch to keep the small detail legible at 3.5 inch height. Colour count hits 9 which is alot but the props pull most of it, the ghosts themselves only need cream plus pink for cheeks.
Around october my inbox fills up with notes from nurses wanting scrubs add-ons and this ones a top seller. One customer ordered the 3.32x7.5 size for a paediatric ward halloween party, stitched it across the chest of black scrub tops for the whole team. She sent me photos and the ward looked unreal, theres something about cute ghosts on scrubs that just works. Honestly cant beat the morale boost.
Stitch this on a smooth scrub poly or cotton tee. Black, navy and burgundy show the cream ghosts brightest. White or pale grey fabric is fine too but you lose abit of the ghost glow. Skip terry and anything fluffy, the small details will sink. Back the design with a 2.5oz cutaway sheet, one layers plenty for the small sizes, two for the jumbo. Cap colour swap goes red then white satin, dont skip the centre cross, it reads weird without it. Theres alot of thread changes so prep your spools first.
Send a quick note via the order page when something prints wonky and ill rebuild it for ya within the day.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
