Without topping film on a nubby or fleece surface the satin loops can catch on the texture and youll get an uneven look. On smooth cotton or twill youre fine without it. Stitch the orange pumpkin fills before the black carved features, the Wilcom sequencing already does this. Use a slow stitching speed for the dense satin sections, 446 density pushes hard on the fabric and slower is better here. Check bobbin tension before you start.
