Tried a few different Halloween truck designs before I landed on this one. Its an old-style flatbed truck, the kind with the rounded front end and step boards, done in black fill with white cabin detail lines. The truck bed is loaded up with 4 or 5 round orange pumpkins each one with a little green stem, and sitting right on the cabin roof is a tall pointed witch hat with an orange band around it. Coming off the back of the cab, floating above the pumpkins, is a simple smiling ghost with outstretched arms. The whole thing reads as a proper little halloween road trip scene.

Three colours in the design, black for the truck, orange for the pumpkins and hat band, white for the ghost and some cabin outline details. Stitch count at the largest 7.5 inch size is around 24,490 and density runs at 675 so its got some weight to it. Back it with a cutaway stabiliser on thicker materials like denim or heavy cotton twill. At the smaller 3.5 inch size the count drops to about 8,983 and its easier going. I usually put this at 5 inches on a shirt and it sits nicely over the chest pocket area.

Customers ordered this every September and October for their fall capsule wardrobes. Text me through the contact form if the file sizes dont come through right and Ill resend straight away. The truck scene works on pretty much any colour fabric but black makes it disappear obviously, so stick to grey, white, rust, navy or cream for best results.

Hoop with a tearaway for lighter cotton shirts. Use a cutaway if youre stitching on canvas bags or denim jackets where the fabric has some give. Keep tension even through the pumpkin fill sections.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
