3 pumpkins, all with that jagged carved grin. The centre one is biggest, wearing a tall pointed witch hat with a white buckle on the band, the hat tip curling back in that classic spooky way. On either side there are 2 smaller pumpkins, each with their own lil hat, scaled down so the whole trio reads as a group without any 1 of them fighting for attention. Above the group theres a loose arc of bat silhouettes, some in flight, some just dots, circling around like they own the place.
The pumpkin bodies are dense satin fill in burnt orange, Wilcom laid the stitch direction at an angle so you get that ribbed gourd texture without needing extra colour changes. Black picks up all the linework, the hat outlines, the carved eyes and grin, the bat shapes. White is used just on the hat buckle, maybe 1,130 stitches worth, so thats your 3rd colour stop. Colour changes run to 2 which keeps the swap sequence simple and fast on any machine.
Comes in 5 sizes, the smallest sitting at 3.06 by 3.5 inches and the largest going up to 6.55 by 7.5 inches. Stitch range is 13,081 to 32,945 across the size spread, so even the biggest version is manageable. Stick cutaway behind it and hoop tight, those dense orange satin fills are where most of the density sits, the columns need a stable base or you'll get some creep on the edges.
My niece asked me for a halloween hoodie and I ended up putting this at the 5-inch size on charcoal fleece, it came out really clean. The orange absolutely pops on dark fabric, thats where this one lives best. Pick a dark base fabric over pale if you want the orange to really stand out properly. Ping me if the file gives you grief and Ill get it sorted.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
