Two red mittens hanging side by side, each with a white cuff at the wrist and a little holly sprig tucked between them. Its the kind of image that just looks like christmas, nothing complicated about it. The design has 4 colours total: red for the mitten body, cream white for the cuffs, green for the holly and red again for the small berries. My customers ask for this one specifically around november when theyre planning holiday gift batches.
Six sizes available, from 2.5 inches wide up to 7.5 inches. Stitch count ranges from 3,408 at the smallest to 16,746 at the full size. the digitising happened in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio and proper underlay is laid in so the red fill sits dense and even. Hoop a good medium cutaway stabiliser under fleece or thick cotton or the mitten outlines can get wobbly on you. The cuff detailing is done in satin columns so pop a light topping over any terry or textured fabric.
One customer last december dropped a note saying she stitched the 5 inch version onto a flannel pillow cover and it sold out her entire etsy batch before christmas eve. She ran it on natural oatmeal flannel with red thread swapped for burgundy on the mittens and the whole thing looked like it came from a boutique. Thats the fun of switching up thread colours once you have the file.
Best results on white, cream or light grey fabric where the red really pops. Skip dark charcoal unless you want a more moody modern feel. Use it on stockings, kitchen towels, holiday tote bags or childrens sweaters. Stitch the smaller sizes on gift tags or ornament blanks for a quick seasonal side project. Ping me if the file gives you any trouble and Ill sort it out same day.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
