Stacked sunburst lockup with the word Happy in red script flowing across the top, a chunky blue 4th sitting bold in the centre with a tiny of badge tucked into the open space of the 4, and July in blue script underneath. The whole lockup sits inside a halo of red and blue starbursts radiating outward, with about a dozen small five-point stars peppered around the edges. Cookout-night fireworks energy, the kinda thing youd see printed on a kids tee at the parade.

2 colour design only, red thread and blue thread. No black outline, no white fill, just the 2 patriotic colours which keeps the bobbin changes simple and the run time short. Stitch range is 6,862 at the smallest 3 inch up to 15,978 at the largest 7 inch. Density at 361 is light to moderate, sits nicely on cotton t-shirts and lightweight cookout linens without bulking up.

I digitised this one in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio. The starburst rays run as long satin columns with directional underlay, the script letters use a thinner satin with travel-stitch connections so the flow feels natural. The chunky 4th block uses a tatami fill so it reads dense and solid against the burst. Use medium tearaway behind cotton, the design is light enough you wont need cutaway unless youre stitching on knit.

One customer ordered the 4 inch back in late june for a stack of matching kids tees for her familys reunion barbecue, she said the cousins kept fighting over which size star they got. Best on white, cream, light blue, or red cotton tees and tea towels where both thread colours pop equally. Skip dark navy backgrounds, the blue script melts into the fabric. Pop the 3 inch on a left chest tee pocket for kids, the 5 inch centred on adult tee front, or the 7 inch across a porch pillow front for backyard decor.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
