Send this one to anyone who has 3 or more cats and theyll immediately lose their mind. Its a row of 6 chubby cats side by side, every single one a different colour. Theres a burnt orange tabby, a teal one, a golden-striped one, a slate grey, a violet blue, and the last one in a kind of dusty periwinkle. All round, all sitting, all with that same expression that says they know something you dont. Below them in a casual handwritten script: Happy Cats, with little red hearts on each side.
22 colours in total, 24 colour stops in the sequence. Ive counted them myself and yeah thats alot but Wilcom kept the thread changes sensible so theyre not all happening in the same 2 square inches. The digitising is clean, satin columns on the cat bodies, directional fill on the stripe markings, the text underlay is solid so it reads sharp even at the smaller sizes.
11 sizes total, width goes from 2.16 inches up to 4.12 inches, height from 5.5 to 10.5 inches because the design is tall rather than wide. One customer wanted the 3-inch wide size on a set of matching pillowcases last christmas, she told me they came out better than she expected, especially the lettering. Stitches go from 24,645 to 54,280.
Best on white or pale grey cotton or jersey where all 6 cats show clearly. On dark fabric youll lose the lighter coloured cats, so avoid navy or black unless youre okay with only some of them reading. Hoop tight, cutaway stabiliser especially for any stretch fabric. The smallest sizes work on socks or patches, biggest sizes fill a full pillowcase or tote panel nicely. If you want just the cats without the text let me know and Ill see what I can sort.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
