Wiggly ghost with arms flying, drew this for my niece's halloween onesie and never stopped selling it. The body is really just a round head with these wiggly trailing arms fanning out below -- no solid bottom, just a bunch of swaying wispy tendrils that give it that dancing feel. Its really really different from a standard ghost shape and thats the whole point.
Digitising in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio with directional satin on each tendril so they all follow their own angle rather than just defaulting to vertical fill. Stitch count runs 2,315 at the 1.22-inch wide size all the way to 8,259 at the 3-inch hoop. 2 colours: white thread first for the body and all 13 wispy tendrils, then black for the oval eyes and outline edges. Go for a medium cutaway stabiliser on knit fabric -- the narrow 1.22-inch sections need backing or the wispy tips curl. On woven cotton a crisp tearaway works fine.
Use the 2-inch size on halloween hair clips and bag charms, the 3-inch on shirt fronts and tote panels. Stitch the tendrils slowly if your machine lets you reduce speed -- those narrow arms are where most thread breaks happen on this kind of design. One customer ordered this one last october for her kids party bags and said it was the most-asked-about design at the whole event. Send me a message if you have any trouble with your file and Ill get back to you same day.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
