Its a big golden dog absolutely losing himself in the music. Sitting up straight, head tilted back, mouth wide open in a full howl-along, wearing this chunky pair of sky blue headphones with tan cushions and a cobalt blue headband arching over the top. Musical notes are flying off in every direction like the dog is actually producing the sound himself. The fur is done with tight cross-hatching so it has actual texture, not just a flat tan fill.

Eleven colours total and the rendering is proper detailed. The facial expression is kinda the whole design honestly. Wide eyes half-closed in that blissed-out music face, cheeks rounded out, tongue just visible at the back of the open mouth. And theres a cord dangling down from the cans, just a lil detail that sells the whole thing. Wilcom digitised the fur sections with directional stitching so it reads like a real coat.

I made this one last december for a customer who runs a dog-themed apparel line and wanted something for music festival merch. She ordered 40 tee blanks and came back the next week for the hoodie run aswell. I get messages from dog DJ accounts and pet cafe owners pretty regularly asking for this one on aprons and staff shirts.

Stitch on cream, oatmeal, or light grey cotton for cleanest result. Those blue ear cups need a pale background to show up properly, dont put this on dark navy or charcoal because the tan fur sections just dissapear. Pop the 3.51-inch on a pocket, use the 7.5-inch on a hoodie back panel, and the mid-sizes work well on canvas tote bags. Its a versatile size range honestly.

Density sits at 68k stitches on the largest so use a firm cutaway stabiliser. Hoop your fabric tight and slow the machine down through the note sections because the musical notes have alot of jump trims between em and rushing them gives you loose thread loops on top. Hit me up if the file downloads funny and Ill sort it fast.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Music-themed pet cafe staff shirtsPop it on a cream staff polo for a dog cafe and staff look instantly branded without trying too hard.
  • Dog lover hoodie back panelsStitch the 7.5-inch on the back of a sage hoodie for a dog lover who also DJs on weekends.
  • Tote bags for dog walkersEmbroider the mid-size on a natural canvas tote and use it as the bag for leads, poo bags and treats.
  • Pet boutique apronsUse a 5-inch version on a white bib apron for a dog grooming salon front desk. Works well on waffle fabric too.
  • Kids bedroom wall hoopsHoop the smallest size in a 5-inch frame and hang it in a kids bedroom above a golden retriever plush toy.
  • Dog birthday party teesStitch on a white tee for a dogs birthday party and pair the dogs actual name underneath in satin column text.
  • Music festival merch with pet themeGreat for independent vendors at outdoor pet-friendly festivals selling embroidered merch from a market stall.
  • Canvas pouches for dog accessoriesEmbroider on a cotton zippered pouch to hold dog treats and leads. The design makes it obvious what its for.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
