Big open heart drawn in a single red thread stroke on white or cream fabric, like someone just looped a pen around and let it close naturally at the bottom. Inside the heart the words 'Happy Mothers Day' sit in 3 stacked lines of bold brush script, each letter thick at the downstroke and thin at the curve the way real hand-lettering behaves. Then at the very bottom theres a tiny secondary heart shape tucked in with a calligraphic tail that hangs just below the main outline, a nice finishing detail that keeps the eye moving.
All single colour. All red. Thats it. And it works because the brush script has enough weight variation and the heart outline has enough visual mass that you dont need anything else. The word 'Day' drops lower than the other two lines, which breaks the rigid grid and gives the whole piece that genuine hand-done quality. This isnt the kind of design where every letter is the same width, theres real rhythm in it.
Stitch on white or cream woven cotton for the cleanest satin-stitch result, the red thread really sings against a light neutral. Light blue or soft yellow also work well if you want something less expected. No-show mesh cutaway stabiliser behind woven fabric keeps the satin fill smooth across all 6 sizes. Pop it on white fabric first if you havent tested your machine tension on this scale of satin work, the biggest size runs to 8 inches wide and you want the fill laying flat. Last year I got messages from people stitching this on flour-sack towels, linen pillowcases, sweatshirt fronts, tote bags, just all sorts of different projects, it really does adapt well. Send a quick note if you need help figuring out the right size for your project and Ill help you work it out.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
