Just the face. No full body, no background, nothing extra added on. Two small rounded ears at the top with those loose sketchy black fill strokes inside em, like pencil marks on paper. Two round eyes drawn in black with a tiny white highlight dot each. Pink oval cheek patches sitting low on either side and right between em a hot pink heart where the nose should be. Thats the whole trick of it. Six thin whiskers trailing out from the sides. Small curved mouth line underneath. Simple.

Four colours and only 3 colour changes, which makes this genuinely fast to run through. Smallest size is 1.65 inches wide and only 1,791 stitches total. Even the biggest at 3.54 inches wide comes in at 5,624 stitches, so youre done in minutes. The heart nose uses satin fill so its solid and smooth. Wilcom EmbroideryStudio kept the density light at 212 on purpose so the whisker lines dont drag or pucker the fabric up. Pop the tiny size on a hat brim or pocket and its done before youve made a coffee.

I get messages from cat lovers and cat cafe owners about small pocket designs and this one gets recieved really well. One customer at a cat rescue shop in bristol ordered 30 on pale grey fleece zip pouches last october and said they all sold in the first weekend. Honestly its the nose that does it, people are suprised how much personality a 2-inch design can carry. Use a light tearaway stabiliser on stable woven cotton or fleece. Skip dense knit fabrics here because those fine thread lines need a firm ground to stay straight. Text me or use the shop chat if your machine spits the file back and Ill send a re-export same hour.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Cat-themed zip pouches and walletsStitch the 3.54-inch on a pale grey fleece zip pouch front, the hot pink nose pops on any cool-toned background.
  • Tee shirt chest pocket embroideryPop the tiny 1.65-inch on a white cotton tee pocket for a subtle cat lover detail that reads up close.
  • Cat cafe crew hat embroideryUse the 2-inch on a baseball cap brim or front panel for cat cafe staff, small and clean without taking over.
  • Pet lover greeting card gift tagsEmbroider on a small card-sized fabric square and stitch into a gift tag for a cat lover birthday or christmas gift.
  • Kitten birthday party favour bagsAdd the small size to organza favour bags for a kitten birthday party, quick to run off in a batch on thin fabric.
  • Canvas coin purse frontsHoop the largest size on a canvas coin purse front panel, centred, and the face fills the space without crowding.
  • Collar and sleeve tab accentsStitch the tiniest size on a collar stand or sleeve tab as a repeating accent on a handmade cat-themed kids shirt.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
