The paw and the heart are the same shape here. What I mean is, the two toe beans at the top sit exactly where a heart's upper lobes go, and the paw pad below rounds into a point at the bottom. Its a lil visual trick that works because paw anatomy is realy shaped that way, not forced into something it isnt. Two colours total, a rich dark fill for the pad and toes, lighter background, clean satin on each toe bean with a denser fill pad underneath.

Four sizes in the file, smallest at 1.51 inches wide with 2,080 stitches, largest at 4.51 inches running up to 12,052 stitches. Drop that big version on a tote bag or a dog bandana and it reads from across the room. Stick to cutaway stabiliser on anything stretchy like knit or fleece, the density at 620 is moderate but you dont want any wobble under the toe beans or theyll lose shape. For woven cotton or canvas, tearaway stabiliser is fine and keeps the back clean.

She said the paw held its shape perfectly even on the looser fleece weave because of the underlay under each toe. Thats the kind of feedback that makes me glad I built the underlay in properly on this one, its not an obvious thing to include on a small design but it matters.
