The canopy of this umbrella is a big flat heart shape rather than the usual rounded dome. So you get the heart sitting on top, the curved J handle hanging below, and the whole thing reads as a classic umbrella silhouette until you look at the top and realise its actually heart-shaped. Five colours in this one, the canopy sections are done in red with panel divisions, and theres contrast trim running along the scalloped edges and the ribs. The handle and shaft pick up another colour to separate them from the canopy mass.
At 80,806 stitches at the 7.5 inch size this is the most complex design I have in the valentine range. Reach for this when you want something that genuinely looks embroidered rather than printed, you can see the texture and density difference. Five sizes starting at 3.51 inches and 34,515 stitches going up to 7.51 inches. Last Valentine's season a customer who runs a custom gifts shop ordered this one for tote bags and said customers actually stopped to ask about it at her market stall. The density setting of 1628 is high but the file handles it cleanly, no puckering on the test pieces I saw.
Cut away stabiliser is non-negotiable at this stitch count, dont use tearaway or youll get distortion. Hoop a good quality cotton or denim for best results. Back the stitching area with two layers of cutaway on stretchy fabrics. Go slow on the colour changes, theres 5 of them and rushing the thread swap between the canopy panels can throw off the registration. Avoid thin silky fabrics at the larger sizes.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
