So its a princess tiara done in warm orange solid fill, 5 sizes, with lil hearts scattered as cutouts right across the whole silhouette. The peak of the centre spire ends in a heart finial. Down the band runs a row of pointed picket teeth, each tooth carrying a tiny heart cut near the tip. Two side arches loop up from the band and meet where the spire climbs, and theres larger heart shapes hanging like jewels off the inner curves of those arches. Reads as a sweet little girl tiara more than serious royal headgear.

Stitched flat. One pass, no second colour. Directional fills set so the orange satin catches light differently across the side arches versus the band itself. 5 sizes total. Smallest sits at 1.87 by 2.50 inches at 3,744 stitches, then up through middle measurements, and the biggest lands at 4.85 by 6.50 inches at 13,889 stitches. Density 440, alot denser than usual because the band detail and the cutouts need clean edges or theyll bleed.

Use a sharp 75/11 needle. Pair it with cutaway stabiliser of medium weight beneath stretch tees or sweatshirt fleece. Hoop the fabric properly tight, the long band can drag if the hoop loosens mid-run. Thats the main risk on this one.

And Im getting orders from mums doing princess party tees and hoodies for their little ones, plus older sisters who want a matching shirt reading big sister. A customer in march wrote ordering the biggest size for the rear of her daughters light denim jacket. Im told it sat flat even on heavy denim because the open hearts kept the fill from bunching. She wrote back to say it was a hit.

Best on smooth solid fabrics. White tees, pastel pink, lilac, soft mint. Skip busy patterns underneath, the cutout hearts vanish on a print. The warm orange thread reads almost rose-gold against pale fabrics, which is part of why it works for the birthday girl crowd. And pair it with her name in a thin script underneath for a finished party shirt. Thats the whole formula.

Holler if the file dosent open on your machine, ill send a different format same evening.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
