At density 598 the digitiser made an interesting call here: the mason jar itself is outline-only, just a running-stitch contour with no fill at all, while the flowers on top get full satin and tatami coverage. That contrast is what makes the whole thing pop. You get burnt orange script arching across the top in chunky satin stitching, then hot-pink daisies with bright yellow centres, a yellow sunflower bloom, a lil orange bud, red berry sprigs and a pale grey lavender accent tucked in between. Six colours total, maybe 7 if you count the outline thread separately, and six scattered butterflies stitched around the jar in orange, yellow and grey. Im kinda obsessed with how the butterflies turned out at the smaller sizes.

The 4.7 inch version is my favourite for tote bags and canvas shopping bags, sits right in that sweet spot where all the detail reads properly. Needs a cutaway stabiliser on stretchy tees but worth it for the result, the satin daisy petals look realy sharp against jersey once its hooped right. A seller wrote me last spring to say she puts the 3.5 inch on her market tea towels and they sell out every show she does. Use a topping on fluffy fabrics so the script letters dont sink into the pile, thats the main thing to watch.

Stitch at medium-slow speed on the script section since the directional satin runs at an angle on the lettering and it can shift slightly on slippery cotton twill if you rush it. Pick a cream or white cotton for a classic cottagecore look, or try it on sage linen for something a lil softer. Hoop the smallest size, just over 2 inches wide, for baby onesies and pocket placement on button-down shirts. Skip dark navy or charcoal backgrounds with this one, the outline jar gets lost against anything too dark.

Message me if the trims run long on your setup.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Spring tote bagCanvas tote bags take the 4.7 inch nicely and the jar outline stays crisp against natural canvas.
  • Kitchen tea towelA buyer put this on her cotton tea towels last spring and said customers cant stop grabbing them at her market stall.
  • Baby onesieNeeds a light cutaway on stretchy onesie fabric but the tiny 2.2 inch fits pocket placement without bunching.
  • Farmhouse pillowToss it on a cream cotton pillow cover for that cottagecore farmhouse shelf look.
  • Shirt pocketThe 3.5 inch slots into a shirt chest pocket perfectly, looks sharp on chambray or linen.
  • Market apronNeeds a stabiliser backing under the bib area, the satin daisy fill grips well once its hooped firm.
  • Hoop wall artHoop some natural linen in a 6 inch ring and this one fills the frame beautifully for a spring wall display.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
