Highland cow peeping over the bottom edge, fringe hanging right over its eyes, those wide flat nostrils, short horns poking out to the sides. The shaggy fur is the whole character of this design and it comes through really well in the stitching. That fringe alone probably accounts for a big chunk of that 70,698 stitch count at the largest size.
Thirteen colours and a density of 1,489 stitches per square inch which is one of the highest Ive got in this range. The directional stitching on the long fur areas is what makes it look textured and real rather than flat and printed. This is a genuinely complex piece to digitise and that shows in the final stitch out. Sizes go from 3.5 to 7.5 inches wide, heights from 2.95 to 6.33 inches so its wider than tall like most peekaboo formats.
One customer ordered this on a batch of farm shop tote bags, 9 colours used, and she said the cashiers kept getting comments on em. She ordered the 7.5 inch version and it really does fill the bag front beautifully. Email me if the file fails to open or the colours dont match what you expect and I'll get it fixed.
Use a proper cutaway stabiliser on this one, not tearaway. The stitch density is too high for tearaway to hold securely and itll distort the shaggy fringe. Hoop your fabric firmly and go at a moderate machine speed. Use a good quality 40 weight rayon thread for the fur areas to get that soft sheen effect.
Stitch on cream, white, light denim blue, or natural linen for best contrast and skip dark brown because youll lose all the fur detail in those long shaggy strands. Email me if anything looks off when the download opens and Ill get a corrected version to you quickly.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
