Dm me if you need a christmas shirt design that doesnt look like everything else on the rack and this one is pretty different. Ho Ho Ho stacked in three lines, each line a different colour, and every O swapped out for an actual ornament ball with a snowflake inside. The H letters are chunky block caps with cutout centres so the fabric shows through. Small sparkle stars float beside each ornament. Its a proper christmas typographic design, retro but clean.
Four colours in the build: green for the top line, teal for the middle, red for the bottom, white for the snowflake fill inside each ornament ball. Density is 762 which keeps those block letter fills firm without the edges puckering on denser fabrics like fleece or sweatshirt jersey. Load the colours in line order top to bottom and stitch the snowflake details last so the white thread sits on top of the ornament fill. The holly sprig at the middle row is stitched as part of the second colour stop so it comes out automatically in the right sequence. Its a clean four-stop run with no tricky manual intervention.
Five sizes from 3.5 x 2.38 inches at 10,148 stitches up to 7.5 x 5.13 inches at 29,325 stitches. The design is wider than it is tall which makes it a natural chest placement on hoodies and sweatshirts. At 7.5 inches wide youll need a 6x10 or 8x8 hoop minimum. Back with a firm tearaway on sweatshirt fleece or jersey, it handles the density of those block fills without shifting mid-stitch. Tearaway is fine on woven cotton items like tote bags.
People have been ordering this one mostly for family christmas matching sets. I get messages every november from customers planning matching hoodies or sweatshirts for a group. At the 7.5-inch size on a chest it fills the space really well without crowding the neckline. Try a navy or white sweatshirt, the three-colour stack reads well against both. Stitch in December for gift-ready results.
