Made this one last february because a bunch of my regulars kept asking for bee designs with a ya know, cuter spin on them. The gnome-bee combo is a lil unexpected and works precisely because of that. Eight thread colours: golden yellow, black, warm white for the beard, pale pink face, dusty rose cheeks, grey-white wing satin, plus brown and cream on the hat. Thats 3 colours in the face area alone so the details in that zone are worth taking ya time over.
Five sizes, smallest is 3.5 inches wide, largest runs up to 7.5 inches wide. Stitch count goes from 22,127 at the small end up to 56,651 for the full-size version. And the density is around 1,073 so the satin sections on the body stripes sit smooth. Use a cutaway stabiliser under anything knit or fleece, the stitch count at the larger sizes will pull lighter fabrics without it.
Stitch the wings carefully: satin runs across at a slight angle to give them sheen, and the bee stripes use a directional fill that pops. Ive sold this one steadily since I listed it. One customer ordered it for a set of kids Halloween bags and said the gnome was the star of the whole bag, which made me laugh. Pop the large size on a fleece blanket or a canvas tote. Use the small size centred on a shirt pocket or a onesie chest, the compact shape fits both well. Dont skip the cutaway on knits or youll see the outline lift at the border.
Drop me a note if any file format gives you trouble and Ill get you the right one straight away.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
