So theres a lil cartoon bee sitting on a leaf and the whole joke is right there in the name. I Bee-Leaf in You. The bee is chubby, round body with bold black and amber stripes, a pair of soft rounded wings catching the light, and the antennae doing that happy little curve thing. Below it the leaf is a solid saturated grass green which grounds the whole thing nicely.

8 colours in this one across nine sizes, stitching anywhere from 3,299 at the smallest 0.82 inches wide up to 7,303 at 1.75 inches wide, making this one of the lighter files I have at 556 density. Less thread, faster stitching, barely any drag on the stabiliser. You dont need cutaway on most applications. A light tearaway works fine on woven cotton at the petite end.

Lil designs like this tend to fly. Last spring one customer ordered a bunch for her classroom reward badges, she iron-backed about 20 of em and gave them out to kids as encouragement patches. Customer dropped a snap into the chat afterward and honestly it looked brilliant. The 8-colour palette still reads perfectly even at under an inch wide which Im realy proud of because that density level is hard to get right in Wilcom.

Pop the tiny 0.82-inch version on a pencil case or school bag zip tag for a subtle funny detail. Best on twill or canvas where the flat satin columns dont sink. Jersey is fine at medium sizes if ya hoop firm and use a topping layer to keep the loop-pile from swallowing the fine antennae stitching. Avoid textured fleece because the bee stripes blur out and you lose the joke entirely.

Drop me a note in the shop chat if the file misbehaves and Ill rebuild it at no extra charge.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • classroom reward badge and iron-on patchStitch the tiny 0.82-inch size on a felt circle, iron-back it, use as a classroom reward badge kids will actually keep
  • kids school bag and pencil case tagPop the 1.2-inch version on a canvas pencil case for a funny detail that stays sharp at that scale
  • teacher appreciation tote or apronEmbroider the medium size on a cotton twill tote for a teacher appreciation gift with a built-in pun
  • motivational onesie and toddler teeRun the 1.5-inch size on a white onesie or toddler tee using light tearaway stabiliser on cotton for a quick stitch
  • scrapbook journal fabric cover accentUse the smallest size on fabric journal cover material as a corner accent alongside other nature-themed patches
  • childs hat brim or cap embroideryHoop the 1-inch size on a kids baseball cap brim panel where the lower stitch count keeps the hat from warping
  • summer camp name tag and lanyard patchAdd the 0.82-inch version to a lanyard patch blank for a summer camp name tag with a bit of personality

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
