Ping me if you want a different colourway, but I think the green on this one is actually a smart choice. Most political designs go straight for the patriotic palette, but this one uses three colours: green for the main text, plus a red stripe and a royal blue stripe sandwiched in between where 'With' sits in a smaller weight. 'I Stand' and 'Kamala' are both in big chunky satin block letters. Twelve five-pointed stars, six above and six below, curve around the whole thing and give it a proper campaign-button feel.

Three colours means two thread changes. Density sits around 498 stitches per square inch so its not a light design, dont try this on a single-layer organza. Tape a layer of cutaway stabiliser behind your base fabric and hoop everything firmly before you start. The star points are small and directional, so drop your machine speed to around 600 spm on those sections to get clean tips. Sizes run from 3.5 x 2.91 inches up to 5.5 x 4.57 inches.

My sister stitched the mid-size on a dark navy tote last spring and the green satin really pops against it. Looks kinda like a vintage campaign button scaled up for fabric, which is exactly the vibe. Try it on a structured hat panel for the crispest result. And if you want the green swapped for another thread colour, ping me and Ill see what I can do.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Political rally hats and baseball capsThe 3.5 inch version fits a structured cap front without crowding the brim line, use firm cutaway underneath the fleece.
  • Tote bags and canvas shoppers for supportersDark navy or black totes make the green satin really stand out against the background fabric.
  • Cotton sweatshirts and crew-neck teesThe mid-size on a sweatshirt chest positions well centred without going edge-to-edge across the front.
  • Reusable grocery bags as election-season giveawaysSmall reusable bags work with the smallest size stitched near the corner as a subtle political marker.
  • Denim jackets and vest backs for statement wearOn a denim jacket front pocket the 3.5 inch size is just right for a badge-scale accent.
  • Pin-cushion badges and felt patchesCut out on felt with a small seam allowance and attach as a removable patch or pin-on badge.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
