Drew this one as a straightforward political badge design. 'I Stand' runs across the top in big heavy black satin block caps, 'With' sits sandwiched in the middle at a smaller size with alternating patriotic-coloured stars on both sides, then 'Trump' in the same oversized black block weight at the bottom. Thin stripe pairs in the campaign colours run top and bottom to pull it into a proper badge shape. Thats three colours total: black, crimson, and navy, with the black carrying most of the stitch load.
Hoop with a firm cutaway stabiliser on most fabrics, especially knit shirts and fleece cap panels where the satin fill tends to distort without solid backing. The 'I Stand' and 'Trump' lettering are wide-column satin so dont rush those sections. Check your directional underlay is set correctly before sending. Stitch counts range from 6,807 on the smallest 2.51 x 2.64 inch version up to 17,767 on the full 6.14 x 6.46 inch size, theres 3 colour changes total and density at 448 per square inch is solidly moderate for a design this size.
A customer ordered this for rally hats and denim jacket panels through election season. My customer last week stitched the large size on a canvas tote and said the black satin on natural cotton reads really sharp. Stitch the stripe rules first, then the stars, then work top to bottom through the text blocks for clean registration.
