The wreath is a full circle of slender bay-type leaves, each one stitched in dark green satin with the individual leaf shape showing through the directional fill. Red berry clusters dot the ring every few inches, just enough to break up the green without overdoing it. In the centre, the word Joy sits in a big flowing red calligraphy script, the kind where the letters lean into each other and the y tail swoops down long.

Its 2 colours total, dark green and red, and 1 colour change between em. The whole thing keeps the leaf density low enough that even the smallest 3.51-inch size reads cleanly without the leaves merging into a blob. I tested this one on white linen and on cream cotton last christmas and both looked brilliant. The Wilcom digitising keeps the satin columns on the letters crisp so the Joy script doesnt bleed at the edges.

I get a lotta messages from wreath makers and gift-wrap shop owners about this one. One customer ordered it in December to put on twenty linen pouches for a boutique christmas market in her town. She said itd stitched fast and clean on all twenty without a single issue. Stitch count goes from 8,314 at the 3.51-inch size up to 17,379 on the 7.51-inch, so none of the five sizes will chew through your bobbin.

Use a tearaway stabiliser on woven cotton and linen. Go cutaway on jersey or knit fabric so the leaf stems dont drag. Stitch the biggest size on a natural canvas tote or a linen dinner napkin and itll fill the space without looking crammed. Skip really busy plaid or check fabrics here because the detailed leaf shapes need a calm background to read.

Drop me a line if the file gives any trouble and ill sort it same day.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
