The kawaii elephant with hat is gonna be one of those designs you end up stitching more than once. Round grey-blue body, big soft ears with pink inside, trunk curling up slightly, and a lil hat on top with a small bow detail on the band. Eight colours, all pastel and gentle, nothing harsh. Its got a lighter cream fill on the tummy area so the whole figure has that soft rounded quality kawaii designs need to actually look kawaii rather than just cartoon.
I made this one specifically for kids nursery and toddler apparel. This christmas my sister ordered it for a set of onesies for her daughter, said they came out kinda perfect, really really soft looking on the white cotton fabric. The density is around 1000 so its good coverage without being stiff on the finished item.
Nine sizes from 3.11 inches up to 6.66 inches wide. Stitch counts from about 16k up to 50k. Use cutaway stabiliser for stretch fabrics and knit onesie fabric, tearaway works on woven cotton and canvas. Skip topping on smooth woven cotton, add a layer of wash-away topping on fleece or terrycloth.
Stitch it on white, pale yellow, mint, or lavender. A white onesie is the classic choice and its hard to go wrong with it. Try mint fabric if youre wanting the grey-blue elephant to pop a bit more. Avoid dark backgrounds because the pastel palette disappears against charcoal or navy. The 3.5 inch size is the sweet spot for baby items, the 5 inch works well on toddler tees and sweatshirts.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
