Six kitchen tools line up on a warm brown wooden shelf: an orange rubber spatula on the far left, then a white wire whisk with fine single-run stitching on the wires, a teal rolling pin in the centre, a salmon-coral wooden spoon, a slotted flipper spatula in the same salmon tone, and a teal turner on the right end. Green leaf sprigs fill in the corners on both sides. Below that row of tools sits an open name space with two thin shelf lines framing it, and thats where you add a name, a quote, or any short phrase you like.
My daughter stitched this onto a set of 4 linen aprons last Christmas as gifts for her mums cooking group. She added each womans name in the open frame, went with the 5 inch wide version on natural linen, and honestly they looked like something from a fancy kitchen shop. Its the kind of design that reads expensive but isnt.
Back it with a medium-weight cutaway on cotton aprons or tea towels, the whisk wires run as single-stitch lines and they need a stable base or they drag on the fabric. Tear-away is fine for canvas and woven linen. Density is 431 stitches per square inch across seven colour threads, which is a fair amount of detail but it sews out clean if hooping is tight. 5 sizes from 2.85 inches wide up to 5.69 wide, smallest at 7,774 stitches and largest at 19,636.
Stitch on natural linen, oat cotton, off-white canvas or pale sage for the best colour reading. Skip dark navy or black, the brown shelf lines vanish and the pastel tools lose all contrast. Trim jumps between the leaf sprigs or theyll show on the finished item. Use wash-away stabiliser on top if youre working on terry or waffle weave, keeps those fine wire stitches from sinking into the pile.
Ping me if you want sizing advice for a specific item, I know the name frame dimensions vary across the 5 sizes so I can tell you which one gives the most readable space for your chosen font.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
