The kitten is tiny and the flower is nearly as big as its head, which is kinda the whole charm of it. It sits upright on its back legs holding the daisy stem in both front paws, nose tilted forward like its realy taking in that smell. The fur is charcoal and silver grey with lighter cream patches on the chest and chin. Whiskers stick out to both sides in long fine lines. The flower itself is a proper orange daisy with a dark brown centre disc and green stem that angles down through the kittens little paws.

This one runs at 11 colours and the fur coverage is the heaviest part. Wilcom used directional stitching across the whole body so the fur actually flows the right way, longer strokes along the back and shorter tighter ones around the face. The petal satin fills on the flower are done in orange with a warm yellow tone for the inner petals near the disc. At 66,576 stitches on the largest 7.5-inch size this is a genuinely dense design, so dont rush the machine speed.

I get asks about this one constantly. A customer sent me a photo last month of it stitched onto a slate grey zip pouch she made for her daughter, and it honestly looked amazing against the dark fabric. She said her daughter cried a lil bit which I think means it went well.

Stitch on grey cotton, cream linen, or white fleece and the colours read really well. Skip black or very dark backgrounds because the dark grey fur blends in and you lose the silhouette. Back it with polymesh under given the density, a tearaway will lift at the edges. Hoop the fabric taut and slow the machine for the fur sections.

Seven sizes from 4.5 to 7.5 inches wide. Ping me a chat if the file gives trouble and I will get it fixed up.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
