Half a face is all you see. This orange tabby kitten is pressed right up to the edge of the frame, giant round eyes staring straight out, one small paw lifted like it just got caught mid-snoop. And the expression is just right, that mix of curious and totally innocent.

The fur is warm golden-brown with darker tabby markings layered over the top in thin scratchy lines. Theres a soft white patch on the muzzle, dusty pink inside the ear, and those oversized eyes have full cartoon-huge shading with a dark iris and tiny highlight dots. 16 thread colours means every tone in the coat shows up properly, the sandy highlights, the chocolate-brown stripes, the whisker placement dots. Customers ask about this one often for kids items because the expression is just so funny without being scary. My niece spotted it on a tote bag last christmas and wanted it on everything she owned.

Nine sizes starting around 3.5 inches wide going up to just over 7.4 inches. The stitch range covers around 23,694 starting at 3.5 inch through about 64,370 at the largest, so theres real density in the fur layers. Pop cutaway underneath stretchy or knit fabrics so the stitching stays flat. Stitch it on cream or white for the best colour read. Pop it on a canvas tote, a baby blanket, a denim jacket, wherever you want something that makes people actually stop and look. Any questions about the file just message me and ill sort it out.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Embroidered on kids backpacks and school bagsThe peeking pose works really well centered on the front flap of a school bag, kids love it
  • Added to a canvas tote for cat loversMakes a great gift for the cat person in your life, especially on a natural canvas tote
  • Stitched onto baby onesies or bibsSoft and detailed enough for baby items when hooped on a cotton-lycra or fleece
  • Used on zip pouches and pencil casesThe square-ish composition fills a small pouch front nicely without needing to resize
  • Placed on the chest pocket of a denim jacketCentered on a chest pocket gives it a quirky collector-badge vibe
  • Hooped onto a pet bandana or collar wrapLooks charming on a bandana folded into a triangle, the face sits right at the point
  • Sewn onto throw pillow covers for a cat-themed roomGoes on a 14-inch pillow front beautifully at the larger sizes

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
