Three little ladybugs crawling along a curvy swirling path, and the path itself bends and loops into hearts between em. Its one of those designs where the connecting lines do most of the storytelling. The ladybugs sit at three points like they're on their way somewhere, and along the path there are tiny lil heart shapes, some solid and some just outlines. Really sweet composition, kinda like a valentine and a garden illustration had a kid together.

Colour count is just 3 colours. Cherry red for the domed bodies, black for the spots and antennae, and the same red used smaller for the trail hearts. Simple thread swap, no drama. The satin fill on the domed shells gives each ladybug a proper rounded look, not flat at all. At nine sizes well technically five sizes in this pack, ranging from 3.12 inches wide up to 6.7 inch wide, its flexible enough for small gifts up to a decent tote or cushion.

I've had this one go out in a big bunch to valentines day crafters, garden party planners and mums making personalised bags for their daughters. Last february a customer ordered it for a girls school bag project and said it stitched out perfectly on cream canvas, the delicate trail lines held up great on tightly woven fabric. Honestly that was suprised me a bit given how thin the swirl lines are.

Best on light fabric, white, cream or pale sage. The cherry red really pops when theres no competing tone underneath. Use a light cutaway stabiliser or firm tearaway on woven cotton, dont need anything heavy here, the stitch count is low at under 10k even on the biggest size. Skip stretchy jersey entirely, the thin satin swirl lines can distort on fabric that moves around.

Drop me a message if the file comes out wrong size on your machine and ill check the format for ya.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
