So heres the leopard print rainbow and its noisy in a fun way. Three nested arches stack up like a normal rainbow but the outermost arch is covered in classic leopard spots on a blush pink ground, the middle arch is a clean peach sand, and the innermost arch sits in a soft heathered grey. Whole thing has that y2k boutique-shop colour palette girls keep asking for.

Along the inside curve of the leopard arch sits a row of hearts, six of them stitched in either candy red or bubblegum pink, alternating, connected by tiny dark dots like a beaded chain. The hearts arent perfectly geometric, they have alot of hand-drawn wobble which softens the whole graphic up. Density on the leopard spots is heavy because each spot is its own little satin shape, so the arch has real tooth and ridge.

Emma is a customer of mine, she runs a small etsy shop selling teen girl sweatshirts and ordered the largest 8.5 inch file back in feb for her valentines drop, sold through 30 units in four days. She popped back a fortnight after that and grabbed the smaller 5.5 inch file for kids tees, plus another five secondary placements. The leopard pattern is what shifts these for her, plain rainbows are everywhere but the spotted twist gives it that grown-up girly edge teens want.

Stitch on cream sweatshirt fleece, dusty pink french terry, white cotton or oatmeal linen for the cleanest read on those leopard spots. Skip black, navy or any dark fabric because the pink ground colour of the outer arch will sink and lose its leopard pattern entirely. Pale denim works gorgeous if you wanna do a varsity-style sweatshirt sleeve patch.

Density runs heavy at 45k stitches on the largest 8.5 inch file, 28k on the smallest 5.5 inch. Pair a thick poly cutaway and skip tear-away entirely on this one, the pull on the leopard satin spots will warp without a permanent backing. Hoop firm and float topping when working with brushed nap or terry pile so the spots dont sink. Drop the speed at the leopard colour change because youre swapping pink to black to dark pink to grey in tight succession.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
