Patriotic T-Rex shouting Rawr. Thats the whole gag here, a chunky navy dinosaur silhouette in profile, tiny T-Rex arms holding a little stars-and-stripes flag, mouth open like its mid-roar. The lettering wraps around it: a brush-cursive blue "Let" up top left, bold red serif block "FREEDOM" arched across the centre, and a swooping cursive blue "Rawr" running down the bottom right. Behind the dinos head, two red and blue starburst fireworks bursts plus scattered solid stars fill the empty space. Picnic-blanket 4th of july energy.

4 thread colours total. Red for the FREEDOM block letters and half the firework rays, navy for the T-Rex silhouette and the cursive script, bright royal blue for the secondary rays and stars, and white for the stars on the flag and the dinos teeth highlights. The 4-inch starter version runs eleven thousand six hundred twelve stitches, the largest 8-inch hits 26,617. Density spec is 463 cos the dense satin fill on the T-Rex body packs heavy. I digitised it in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio with proper underlay sequencing so the navy body lays flat before the red lettering goes on top.

One customer ordered the 5-inch version last june for her sons preschool 4th of july parade tee. White cotton crew tee, navy dino front-and-centre. She wrote me back saying the kid wore the shirt for three days straight and refused to take it off for laundry. The 6-inch works really nicely on the back yoke of kids hoodies too.

Best on cotton tee, cotton fleece, canvas, twill, denim. Use medium cutaway stabiliser on knit fabrics, the heavy satin fill on the dino body needs the support or itll tunnel. Hoop with water-soluble topping on terry or fleece. Avoid the smallest 4-inch on stretchy ringer tees, the lettering wont stay readable. Watch the stop sequence: red first, then dark blue body, then white accents, then bright blue stars. Test stitch on a scrap. Saturday morning print run vibes. Text me before you order if youre after a single-colour silhouette of just the T-Rex without lettering, ill put together a stripped-down version in a day or two.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
