Snowman leaning at an angle like hes in the process of toppling over, arms out to the sides, scarf mid-wave, and the words Let It Snow arched above him in rounded chunky lettering. Small snowflake dots scatter around the whole composition filling out the negative space. The visual joke is obvious once you see it, the snowman is falling and the text is telling it to snow, it works on you even when you know the punchline.
6 colours: white for the snowman body, black for the top hat and coal features, orange for the carrot nose, red for the scarf, dark charcoal for the lettering, and light ice blue for the scattered snowflakes. 5 sizes from 2.46 inches wide to 5.27 inches, heights go from 3.5 to 7.5 inches so its a taller composition than it is wide. Stitch counts sit between 13,500 and 31k depending on size.
Use a medium weight cutaway on jersey or fleece, the tilted snowman has alot of curved satin fill edges and they stay rounder with firm backing. On woven fabrics like cotton twill or canvas, try a tearaway since the stitch density is light enough. Skip very thin fabrics on the bigger sizes where the snowflake fills can pucker without enough support.
This last winter I got message asking do I have a funny snowman design, the person was making shirts for a group ski trip. Sent them this one and they came back saying the whole group loved it, twelve shirts total on navy fleece pullovers. The pale blue snowflake dots really popped on the dark fabric.
Pop it on winter sports gear, cold weather gifts, or any project where christmas-specific imagery wouldnt quite fit the audience.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Winter ski trip group shirtsOn a navy or charcoal fleece pullover the white snowman and light blue snowflakes show up cleanly.
- Kids snow day pyjamasThe 4 inch version on a kids pyjama top makes a fun snow day print that works all winter not just christmas.
- Holiday sweatshirts for winter birthdaysOn a sweatshirt for a winter birthday the falling snowman is funny without being specifically christmas-themed.
- Fleece pullovers and cold weather gearStitch on a fleece jacket chest panel for a ski or sledging trip where the joke fits the occasion perfectly.
- Funny christmas gift bagsOn a kraft paper or cotton gift bag the design makes even a plain bag feel seasonal and personalised.
- Winter sports tote bagsOn a canvas tote used for ski gear or winter sport accessories the snowflake dots suit the cold weather theme.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
