Took me a while to get the lettering balanced on this one, honestly. Its a circular badge layout, the kind you see on old pub signs or vintage patches. The top arc carries the first part of the quote in slab serif text, then a big bold skeleton hand sits in the middle giving the peace sign, and the word Dumbfuckery runs across the centre in a thick brush script that fills out nicely in satin stitch. The rest of the quote curves around the bottom of the circle. Little decorative flourishes fill the gaps between sections.

Stitch count goes from about 11,606 on the smallest 3.7 inch version up to 21,059 at 6.5 inches. Dense satin fill in the script letters and proper directional stitching on the skeleton hand bones so they actually read as bones and dont just look like blobs. Density around 461 so its solid without being stiff. Wilcom EmbroideryStudio digitising. Use a cutaway stabiliser here because this design has alot of dense coverage and tearaway wont hold it flat properly on most fabrics.

My sister stitched it on a bar apron for her coworker and a customer ordered six for a coworker birthday batch. My sister ordered it last month on a black canvas apron for a colleague who manages a team of 10 and honestly everyone loved it. Inspirational it is not, but thats kind of the point. Drop a line if you need a different size or the file doesnt load right and Ill fix it.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
