Drew up a 2 colour little girl figure leaning slightly forward with hearts floating out from her direction, scattered in small, medium and larger sizes around her. The figure stitches in one thread and the scattered hearts in another. Simple composition but it captures that feeling well, kids giving out love without thinking about it.

Stitch count runs 13,342 at the 3.27 inch size up to 27,018 at 7 inches wide. Two colour changes, density 514, this stitches up clean and medium fast. The hearts use a mix of satin outline and small fill sections, the girl figure is mostly outline work with some fill areas for the body, its not overly dense.

I made this for valentines day kids shirts mainly but people use it aswell year round, its one of those designs that isnt locked to the season once its on a shirt. A customer messaged me this past february, she sent me message asking for a personalised version with her daughters name above the hearts, I thought that was a sweet idea and we got it sorted.

Best on plain cotton, a good tearaway stabiliser works fine on woven fabrics. The design is wide so pick fabric big enough for the largest size at 7 inches. Skip stretch fabrics without cutaway backing since the outline work will pull.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Kids valentines day shirtsThe 5 inch version on a plain white kids tee is a classic valentines day shirt that parents order every year.
  • Girls birthday teesWorks great as a birthday shirt with the girls name above the hearts for a personalised touch.
  • Toddler sweatshirtsPop it on the chest of a toddler sweatshirt in plain fabric so the 2 colour design reads cleanly.
  • Cotton baby blanket accentsStitch a medium version in the corner of a cotton baby blanket as a sweet anniversary or baby gift.
  • Personalised kids gift itemsUse the design with the childs name added alongside for a personalised valentines day gift item.
  • Valentines day pillow coversThe largest 7 inch version centred on a plain pillow cover makes a sweet valentines themed bedroom accent.
  • Canvas tote bags for childrenThe medium size on a plain canvas tote bag makes a cute everyday bag for a little girl.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
