The entire phrase live the life you love is written in looping black calligraphy and the words are arranged so they collectively form the shape of a heart. Theres no drawn outline, the heart emerges from the lettering itself, the way the curves of the ascenders and descenders sweep and crowd together. At the very bottom point of the heart theres a tiny red filled heart, maybe 150 stitches, its a lil accent that stops the black from feeling too serious. When you step back from the hoop the heart shape locks in immediately even though up close youre reading individual script words.

Four sizes, smallest is 3.54 inches wide by 4.01 inches tall, largest goes 6.18 by 7.01 inches. The 4-inch version has 8,829 stitches and the 6-inch has 14,828. Density sits at 342 which is lighter than average, that low density is intentional because the letters overlap and a heavy density would cause the threads to bunch where the strokes cross. Wilcom handled the underlay carefully to keep the overlapping sections from puckering on white cotton.

I made this one after my sister asked for a housewarming gift she could hang up, something that didnt feel cheesy but still meant something. She wanted inspirational without being a wall poster. Suprised me how often I get that request now. A customer last month bought the 6-inch size for a wedding gift stitched onto cream linen and framed it in a 10-inch hoop as wall art for the couple.

Best stitched on white or cream cotton or linen where the black lettering stays crisp and the red accent pops clean. Skip anything with a strong pattern or texture because the individual letter strokes are narrow and need a smooth ground to read. Use a cutaway stabiliser even on woven cotton here because 14k stitches of dense overlapping script can torque a light tearaway.

Text me through the shop contact if the overlapping letter sections look tangled or unclear at any size and Ill check the stitch sequencing for your machine format. One color down, one tiny red heart. Done.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
