Two lil birds sitting together inside a heart frame. Simple as that, but the composition is what makes it work. Theyre facing each other, nearly touching, and the heart outline frames them rather than containing them rigidly. Theres a natural gap at the top where the birds sit above the line, which gives it an airy open feel.

3 colours in this one. The birds stitch in a warm tone, the heart frame in a contrasting line colour, and theres a small third accent on the eye or beak area. Each bird uses smooth satin fill with directional stitching so theyre rounded and feathered looking rather than flat patches. Stitch count is around 8,000 at the small end and up to nearly 18,000 stitches at 7.5 inches.

Suprised by how much this one sells for non-valentines uses. A customer ordered it last autumn for a small-batch home decor line she was building, said the bird and heart combo sits in that sweet spot between gift and decoration. She wanted it on cream linen for a rustic farmhouse look. It worked really well for her.

5 sizes from 3.5 to 7.5 inches. Use a medium tearaway stabiliser on woven fabrics. The satin fill sections need stable backing or theyll pucker along the edges between sections. Cotton, linen, canvas and medium weight denim all work great here.

Avoid very loose weaves for the smaller sizes since the fine detail in the bird shapes can pull without a firm base underneath. Text me if youre having trouble loading the file and I'll get it over to you directly.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
