The word LOVE but done up for christmas, each letter packed with holiday detailing. The letters themselves are chunky and bold so there is plenty of surface area for the fill work, and thats where it gets interesting. Florals, berries, little ribbons, the whole seasonal mix tucked inside each letterform. Not the kind of design you just glance past.

And yes it uses 8 colours which sounds like alot, but the way its digitised the colour changes are grouped so its not constant swapping. I had a customer last christmas tell me she ran the 7.5 inch design on a navy fleece blanket and it came out better than she expected, which honestly is the best kind of message to get. Dense sections run around 48,996 stitches at the large size so use cutaway stabiliser, not tearaway.

Comes in 5 sizes, smallest is 3.51 inches wide and the largest hits 7.51 inches. The stitching is directional in the floral fills which keeps everything from looking flat. Satin outlines on the letters give that crisp raised edge that really pops against dark fabric.

Best results on cotton fleece, heavy cotton twill or canvas. Skip thin jersey for the big size since that stitch density needs something solid underneath it. Hoop firmly and use topping on anything with texture so the fills sit clean. Hit me up if anything isnt right on the file and ill sort it out.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Christmas holiday sweatshirtsThe 7.5 inch version centred on a red or green sweatshirt makes a bold christmas statement without any other design needed.
  • Festive throw blanket centrepieceOn a cream or navy fleece throw the dense stitch work looks rich and cosy, a nice gift for someone who loves christmas decor.
  • Christmas tote bag gift wrappingA medium size on a natural canvas tote turns plain gift bags into something people keep and use after the holiday.
  • Holiday pillow cover displayStitched on a linen or velvet pillow cover it sits nicely on a sofa or chair as seasonal decor through december.
  • Personalised christmas stocking frontThe smaller 3.5 inch size works on stocking fronts with room to add a name or date below it.
  • Seasonal wall hanging hoop artPop it into a wooden or metal hoop on cream linen for a framed wall piece that stays up all season.
  • Christmas apron for bakersOn a heavy canvas or denim apron it holds up through real use, not just for display.
  • Gift wrapping canvas bagUse the medium on a sturdy canvas bag tied with ribbon as a reusable gift wrap that the recipient keeps.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
