An infinity symbol with paw prints worked into the design and the word love somewhere in the composition. The proportions are wide and short, under 4 inches tall at the largest size, so its a horizontal accent piece rather than a centred feature. It sits well on a sleeve, across the collar area, or along a tote bag handle panel.

7 colours is the big thing here. Most paw print designs use 2 or 3 but this one uses a rainbow or ombre treatment across the infinity symbol and paw elements, which is what drives the count up. Stitch count starts at about 6,700 on the small end and reaches about 15,000 stitches at 7.5 inches wide. The colour change frequency is higher than average so factor that in when planning your hooping session.

Pet memorial market is huge for designs like this, aswell as the regular pet lover gifting market. I get messages every week from people making memorial pieces for customers whove lost a dog or cat, and this one works for that because the infinity and love elements carry that meaning naturally. Last valentines I had a bunch of orders specifically for dog mum sweatshirts in this design.

5 sizes from 3.5 to 7.5 inches wide, but only 1.7 to 3.7 inches tall. Hoop accordingly, youll need a wide hoop rather than a standard square. Cotton, canvas, denim and twill work best. Use a tearaway stabiliser on flat wovens or a cutaway on stretch fabric. The paw detail sections are small so pick a machine that handles fine detail cleanly.

Go slowly on the paw print toe pads since theyre satin fill in a small shape and rushing causes density buildup at the edges. Check your thread tension before each colour change since with 7 colours the cumulative drift can show up in the later sections if youre not watching.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Pet owner gift tote bagsA 6 inch version across a canvas tote makes a colourful and personal gift for any dog or cat owner.
  • Dog mum sweatshirtsStitch on the sleeve of a plain cotton sweatshirt as an accent for a subtle dog mum or cat mum look.
  • Cat lover tshirt accentsThe smaller 3.5 inch size works as a left-chest detail on a tee for casual pet lover apparel.
  • Pet memorial keepsake panelsFor memorial pieces use the 5 inch version on a cotton or linen panel that can be framed or put in a hoop.
  • Sleeve embellishments on hoodiesThe wide proportions work perfectly along the cuff or lower sleeve of a hoodie as a horizontal accent band.
  • Custom pet shop branding itemsPet boutiques and small shops use this style on branded cotton pouches or packaging cloth for a personalised look.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
