The whole heart builds from words. Thats the concept here and I think Its a design that takes a second to click and then you cant stop seeing it. The silhouette packs in mama and mum in loopy script at different angles and sizes, with tiny pink hearts filling the gaps between letters. Dark red script does the heavy lifting and the lighter pink sits underneath, which gives it alot of layered depth when it stitches out.
I drew this for my sister last may and she cried, which I take as a good sign. She had it on a cream linen tote. The darker crimson reads first, then ya eye catches all the smaller words tucked in between, and then the little hearts show up last. Three colours total, dark red, pink and red, 2 colour changes, so it stitches clean with minimal fuss.
Stitch count goes from 12,788 on the smallest 4-inch size to 25,607 on the 8-inch. Pick the biggest size for a cotton tee or linen tote because it fills the chest properly. Skip stretchy jersey on the large size, all those overlapping loopy paths need a stable ground. Back it with soft cutaway behind on knit fabrics, tearaway works fine on woven cotton and linen.
Pair it with a white, cream or oatmeal background and the dark red just sings. Pop the 5-inch on a canvas pouch, the 4-inch on a bib or burp cloth, and the big 8-inch across the front of a sweatshirt. Fleece works aswell if you put topping down first so the word paths dont sink into the pile and lose definition.
Satin column work on all those curves needs clean bobbin tension, so check youre wound properly before starting the bigger sizes. Holler at me if the file gives you any trouble and I'll get it sorted same day.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
