The word MAMA spelled out in big chunky retro letters, and growing right up out of the tops is a whole little garden. Pink daisy on the left, orange sunflower, oversized pink bloom dead center, a tulip outlined in green, then another orange sunflower on the right end. Stems and leafy sprigs tucked in between the letters so it looks like the whole thing grew up from the ground. Its that warm 70s-flower-child vibe without being kitsch about it.

Letter colours alternate between dusty pink and burnt orange. Not pastel, not neon, just that earthy warm retro palette thats been all over gift shops and tote bags the last few years. And the flowers sit at different heights so the silhouette has natural movement to it, nothing lined up perfectly like a computer did it. One customer wanted the 5-inch run last spring for a linen tote she made as a birthday gift and said people kept stopping her to ask where she got it from.

Four sizes from 3 inches up to 5.27 inches wide. Stitch count goes from about 11.5k on the smallest right up to nearly 25k on the large, so plan your stabiliser accordingly. Back with a poly mesh cutaway on cotton or linen. Tear-away on stable woven canvas works fine. Hoop it tight, the satin fill on those letter bodies needs good tension or the edges look soft. Skip stretchy knits for this one, the chunky lettering needs a firm base to read right.

Digitised in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio with 4 colours and 4 colour changes. Pop it on white or cream fabric for the cleanest read. Pale sage or dusty rose also works well and gives it that muted vintage feel. Skip anything too dark or patterned, the floral detail at the top gets lost. Stitch the small size on a pocket for a subtle everyday gift, or run the big one across the front of a sweatshirt or apron for something people will actually wear.

Catch me on chat if anything stitches out off, Ive had a couple messages about stabiliser choice for fluffy fleece and Im always happy to suggest a fix. Hit me up before you reorder and Ill sort it.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
