Just the word mama in a chunky rounded cursive that tilts diagonally across the frame, lower-left up to upper-right. The letters are big and bubbly, almost like a childs handwriting cleaned up and smoothed out a little. No serifs, no sharp corners, just soft rounded strokes the whole way through. And up at the top-right above the final letter, theres a small filled heart sitting on its own like a floating dot. Its a small touch but it really completes the whole thing.
Single colour, one thread change, five sizes. The stitch count goes from 1,254 on the smallest all the way to 4,503 on the biggest which is honestly very low and means it runs fast on any machine. No underlay complications, no dense fill areas that need special stabiliser treatment. Load it up and it just goes.
I sell a lot of these around spring. My niece asked me last april to put the smallest size on a baby onesie for a gift and it sat perfectly on the chest panel without touching the snaps. Thats the size that works best for small items. The biggest at 5.27 inches fills a pillowcase or a tote bag front without feeling cramped or lost. Pick your thread colour to match the project, it works in any single shade.
Goes on virtually any woven fabric without fuss. Use a lightweight tearaway on cotton tees and jersey. Try something sturdier behind canvas or denim if youre stitching the bigger sizes. The low stitch count means even a thin baby blanket fabric handles it no bother if you back it properly first.
