So instead of a regular christmas tree, its a christmas tree made entirely out of cats. Stacked vertically from wide base to narrow top, each cat in a slightly different pose, ears up, tail curled, one paw raised. The tree shape only works because the cats are arranged in tiers, widest row at the bottom, one little cat at the very top wearing the star on its head basically. And theres a scatter of small round ornaments between em. Its genuinely clever and cat people get it immediately.
8 colours and the palette is kept deliberately festive: green fills for the cat bodies, red and gold for the bauble ornaments, cream highlights on the ears and cheek spots, dark brown for the outline work. Stitch count goes from 12k on the 3.5-inch size to about 31k on the 7.5-inch, so its not a brutal run even at full size. If you want help with colour swaps just send me message and Ill walk you through it. Digitised in Wilcom so the tatami body fills wont get that patchy uneven look you sometimes see on cheaper cat designs.
I been selling holiday cat designs for a few years now and this tree format outsells single-cat designs 3 to 1 in november and december. Cat owners buy it for themselves, gift it to other cat people, put it on every item they make through the season. One customer this past christmas made a whole batch of onesies for a cat rescue fundraiser and sold out in 2 days.
Pop it on a white or cream cotton base for the best colour read. Skip dark backgrounds because the green cat bodies wont pop. Hoop with a cutaway stabiliser on any stretch fabric. Try the 4.5-inch version on a tea towel or kitchen cloth for a really fun gift. Anything weird with the download just message me.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
