Drew up this cowboy Santa for the western and country christmas crowd and its been one of my best selling novelty designs all december. Santa is smiling under a tan western cowboy hat with a darker brown band instead of his usual red cap, his white beard and moustache curl out the sides, and his red gloved hand points his index finger up like hes saying howdy. Below him the words Merry Christmas sit in bold red script and tan snowflake accents float round the edges.
Stitch work uses heavy black outlining which makes the design read clear even at smaller sizes, that bold western poster look. The hat brim has a directional satin so the tan catches light like real felt, and the beard fills are layered with a subtle taupe shadow underneath for depth. Red script lettering uses dense satin columns so the Merry Christmas pops loud against any background fabric.
I been getting alot of orders from customers in texas and oklahoma who want christmas merch that fits their western style. One customer messaged me last december saying she stitched the largest size onto the back of a denim chore coat for her ranch husband and his face on christmas morning was apparently a moment.
5 sizes available from 3.32 inches wide to 7.1 inches across. Stitch counts run 20k to 51k. Colour count is friendly here at only 6 colours total, so theres minimal spool swaps mid stitch out.
Stitches cleanly on cotton denim, cotton sweatshirt fleece, canvas tote shells, bandana cotton and brushed flannel. Slip a tearaway under woven cotton and switch to medium cutaway for stretch apparel. Skip thin silky linings entirely, the dense red lettering will pull. Send me a quick message if your download fails and ill resend the file within hours.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
